Hi, I’m Jamie
Kaleidoscope Bakehouse was born of two of my greatest passions; delicious desserts and vibrant colors.
I’ve been a hobby baker for most of my life, making cupcakes and cookies any time I could. Over time I began modifying recipes and growing my skill with decoration. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting from Wichita State University. The foundations of art and design that I learned there influence the way I decorate my bakes.

Hester produces fresh, organic produce from local farmers in New York. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy.
We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
